We act for you to ensure that your rights are protected during the investigation of a complaint and that you are treated with fairness throughout.
Complaint Resolution
We negotiate on your behalf with the regulatory body to achieve an efficient and effective resolution of the issues.
Disciplinary Hearings
We strategically defend your legal interests and advocate on your behalf in the conduct of the hearing to strongly advance your interests and to ensure fairness.
Appeals and Judicial Review
We advise on the likely success of an appeal and would then represent your interests before the Health Professions Review Board, other appeal tribunal or before the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
